dohamap.info is a resourceful tool for residents and visitors of Doha alike. The consistently changing landscape of Doha makes it
quite a challenge to navigate the city streets and arrive at final destinations on time, while avoiding traffic as much as possible.
By helping you find your destination before you start driving, dohamap.info is a geographical directory of places in Doha. We are diligently
at work to bring you more content (telephone numbers, addresses) about each place on our map of Doha, as well as adding more places to grow
our data set.
Map Imagery and Road Works
dohamap.info takes full advantage of Google's satellite imagery for the perfect bird's
eye view in high resolution. Please keep in mind that Doha is undergoing major construction of buildings and a
huge upgrade to its road infrastructure. As a result, and although these images are only months old, there
may be some confusion with roundabouts and traffic lights, construction sites that appear on the map but are now
high rise buildings, as well as new roads and those that no longer exist..
To address this discrepancy, dohamap.info provides a complete map layer that can be superimposed on top of the
satellite imagery. Make sure you switch to map view for a better look at the roads.
